Our Traditional Sliced Biltong is what Biltong Boeties was built on. We start with 100% grass-fed beef, cure it the old way with a simple blend of salt, pepper, coriander and vinegar, then slow-dry it until the outside is crusted and the inside stays soft. Then we slice it fresh and pack it to order.
